The Quorum Condominium subdivision was designed on a linear tract where the majority of the units have golf fairway views.

The Manchaca Apartment design was configured to maintain a stand of large native trees.  The buildings were grouped around these trees to utilize the shading and enhance the outside spaces.

The Station South Business Park is a linear tract between to arterial streets providing excellent access for the office condominium and office warehouse development.  Existing clusters of large native trees shaped the roadway and parking arrangements.  Views to the natural areas were seen as a strong asset to office areas of the buildings.
